Canadian govt. allows you to invest, establish, or purchase a business in Canada & then you are able to immigrate together with your family through the Provincial Investment and Business Program.

Programs within the business class are designed to help create businesses that will invest in Canada and contribute to the growth of the economy as well as create employment opportunities for Canadians across the country, both at Federal and Provincial levels.

Each province has different requirements and available programs that change often depending on the needs of that province.

Also, there is a cap limit for each program that allows only a certain number of applications to be accepted in a given period.
